Psi2 DAP Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast

This cell line produces a vector that can infect mouse cells. The vectors generated by Psi2 DAP cells encode human placental alkaline phosphatase gene and neomycin resistance gene. This cell line was derived by inserting a recombinant retrovirus (DAP) genome into Psi2 cells. The phosphoesterase expressed in cells infected by the vector produced by this Psi2 DAP can be detected by histochemical method and can be used as a marker to trace their fate in vivo. These cells may also produce helper viruses. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
