DMEM (high Sugar) Basic Medium

DMEM basic culture medium is often used for the culture of primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVEC, smooth muscle cells and other primary cells, as well as 293 cells. It is usually used in the high glucose environment with/without pyruvate and hepes. Selecting the right base can make cells have good proliferative power and experimental characteristics.
