Products Description
C-127 is an untransformed clone from RIII mouse breast cancer. The supernatant of these cells has no reverse transcriptase activity. This cell line is often used for the aggregation presentation induced by sarcoma virus and the quantitative test of BSV in vitro. Recently, it has been commonly used as a suitable receptor for the transformation of bovine stabillomavirus DNA plasmid. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Medium Formulation:
90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
