FGCM fibroblast medium

Fibroblasts are the main cellular components of loose connective tissue. The cells are spindle-shaped or flat stellate with protrusions. According to different functional activity states, the cells were divided into fibroblast and fibroblast type II. Fibroblast medium was composed of 2% low serum and small molecular compounds. The medium contained vitamins, transmetallic proteins, glutamine, lipid concentrates, antioxidants, purines, sugars and cell growth factors, which could maintain the growth of cells in vitro. Suitable for the growth of mostly fibrous cells. 

Medium formula: Fibroblast basic medium (P6000) : 500ml, cell growth factor FGCS(P6002)5ml, fetal bovine Serum FBS (SD0200) : 10ml, G/A(SD0038) : 5ml 

Remarks: 100ml bottles without kits, prepared in whole bottles.
