Products Description

Human dermal fibroblasts were isolated from dermal tissue; "The dermis, located in the deep layer of the epidermis, is connected downward to the subcutaneous tissue. The collagen fibers and elastic fibers of the connective tissue of the dermis are interwoven with each other and embedded in the matrix.". There are various connective tissue cells and a large number of collagen fibers and elastic fibers distributed within it, making the skin both elastic and resilient. It consists of two layers - the papillary layer and the reticular layer. The structural composition of the dermis is collagen, elastic fibers, and matrix. Fibroblasts are the main cellular component of loose connective tissue, which are derived from mesenchymal cells during the embryonic period. Fibroblasts are large, well-defined, and often have a prominent spindle shaped or star shaped flat structure. Their nuclei are regularly ovoid, with large and distinct nucleoli. Fibroblasts have strong functional activity, weak alkaline cytoplasmic affinity, and significant protein synthesis and secretion activities. Under certain conditions, they can achieve mutual transformation with fibroblasts; Fibroblasts play an important role in the repair of various degrees of cell degeneration, necrosis, and tissue defects. The newly isolated dermal fibroblasts were round in shape, with good refractive properties, and were suspended in culture medium. After 30 minutes, the cells adhered to the wall and some of them began to protrude pseudopods, showing small protrusions; After 6 hours, the cells basically adhered to the wall completely, extending into a spindle shape, with clear nuclei, relatively uniform distribution, scattered growth, and no aggregation into clusters; The cells grow rapidly and are in a fusion state within 5-7 days. The cells are closely arranged, with some overlapping and overlapping growth. They are flat, with large cell bodies, transparent cytoplasm, large nuclei, oval shape, and light color. Cells fuse and connect to each other into a network; The cells are distributed in a flattened shape of a protruding spindle or star. The main functions of dermal fibroblasts under physiological conditions include: constructing and maintaining normal tissue morphology, synthesizing and releasing extracellular matrix, and promptly assembling and repairing damaged tissue in large quantities after tissue damage.
