293T Human Embryonic Kidney Epithelial Cells

Also known as Hek293T; HEK-293T; HEK 293T; HEK-293-T; HEK 293 T; 293-T; 293 T; 293T human embryonic kidney cell 293 cells inserted SV40 T-antigen gene to produce a high transfection efficiency derived strain called 293T. The original name of the cell is 293tsA1609neo, which carries the SV40 replication sequence and is widely used in retroviral production, gene expression and protein expression.

Morphology: epithelioid, adherent growth. The cell adhesion ability is weak.
