PC 61 5.3 [PC 61; PC 61.5.3] Hybridoma Cell CD25

The animals were immunized with cytotoxic T cell lines of B6.1 mice. Spleen cells fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. The antibody blocks IL-2 binding and IL-2 dependent growth stimulation, and forms immune coprecipitation with IL-2 receptor. The detection showed that the limb bone malformation virus (mouse pox) was negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
