35.1 Mouse Hybridoma Cells

Animals were immunized with human T lymphocytes activated by phorbol myristic acid (PMA). Spleen cells fused with gp2/O-Agl4 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with human T cell surface protein Tp50 (CD2). The antibody inhibits T cell proliferation and cytotoxic reaction, but does not inhibit the cytotoxic reaction advocated by the antibody. Through mycoplasma detection in this library.
