Mice were immunized with human T-cell leukemia cells (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). Spleen cells fuse with P3X63Ag8.U1 myeloma cells. immunoglobulin; Monoclonal antibody; Anti-human T cells (human T lymphocytes) and human E rosette reaction positive thymocytes (human thymocytes); Anti-CD2 was detected by Mycoplasma in this library.

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
