P3X63Ag8 Mouse Myeloma Cells

This cell line is derived from P3K cell line (tissue culture line from plasma cell MOPC-21). It can resist 0.1 mM 8-azaguanine but die in HAT medium. It is reported that it is due to the deficiency of 3-ketosterol reductase activity in cholesterol nutrition. The detection showed that the limb bone malformation virus (mouse pox) was negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

DMEM complete medium (article number: MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
