P3X63Ag8.653 Mouse Myeloma Cells

This cell line can resist 8-azaguanine but is sensitive to HAT. It can be used as a fusion ligand for hybridoma. It can produce but does not secrete immunoglobulin. It is reported that it is due to the deficiency of 3-ketosterol reductase activity in cholesterol nutrition. The detection showed that the limb bone malformation virus (mouse pox) was negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.
