B6/BLU Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells

The cell line was reported to have reproductive ability and was derived from a C57BL/6 transgenic mouse carrying LacZ reporter gene. The gene was assembled in pUC19 and contained 1.9 kb human 54 HS-2 fragment (KpnI/PvuII restriction site on both sides), which was located upstream of the labeled β - globin gene. Kunming white MEF (SCSP-101R) should be used as feeder layer cells during culture. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
