AB2.2 Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells

The cell line has been widely used to create gene knockout mice. The negative mutation of HPRT makes this strain available for chromosome engineering. It has been shown that the mouse ES cell line has reproductive ability. CF-1 MEF (SCSP-105R) should be used as feeder layer cells during culture. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
