ACT-1 Human Thyroid Cancer Cells (undifferentiated)

The inner cell mass is anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC). Each batch passed the detection of mycoplasma in this library, and the result was negative. The cell line was identified by STR and was not consistent with more than 8000 kinds of cells in the STR database published by ATCC, DSMZ, JCRB and RIKEN, which ruled out the possibility of being contaminated by common cell lines. Since ACT-1 cell itself has not published comparable STR map data, we can only preliminarily judge that the cell may be ACT-1. STR results are as follows: D5S818: 11,13; D13S317: 10,12； D7S820: 10,11； D16S539: 9,11； vWA: 17,18； THO1: 6,9； Amelogenin: X； TPOX: 8； CSF1PO: 11,12 .
