SVCT Human Mammary Epithelial Cells

SVCT was established using human mammary epithelial cells transfected with SV40. The cell line has abnormal karyotype and does not cause tumor in nude mice and male nude mice. The expression of keratin 7, 8 and 18 in SVCT was positive, while the expression of keratin 19 was negative. Epithelial cells, when converging, form a dome.

DMEM high sugar (MD0100)+2mM Glutamine (SD0007)+5 µ g/ml Hydrocortisone+10 µ g/ml Insulin (SD0020)+10% FBS (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Complete cryopreservation solution: serum-free cell cryopreservation solution (SD0002)

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete freezing solution: Cell Freezing Medium (4Z0-705)
