Background: 

     Primary Human Cardiac Fibroblast Cells，These Antibody-free Human Primary Cells Were Initiated By Centrifugal Counterflow Elutriation Of Dispase Dissociated Human Cardiac Muscle Without The Use Of Positive Selection Of Antibodies. 

     Human Cardiac Fibroblasts Were Purified By Centrifugal Reverse Flow Eluting Enzyme Without Positive Antibody Screening, And The Cells Were Non Resistant.
