D341Med Human Medulloblastoma Cells

The samples were taken from a boy patient aged 3 years and 5 months. The cell line was established by Friedman et al. in 1984; Tumor can be formed in nude mice. In this cell line, fibrinogen, glutamine synthetase and neuron-specific enolase were positive, but glial fibrin and S-100 protein were negative; UJ13A monoclonal antibody detected that the neuroectodermal antigen of the cell was positive; C-myc oncogene is highly expressed. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
