D283Med Human Medulloblastoma Cells

The cell line was established by Friedman and others in 1985. It was derived from the ascites cells of a 6-year-old white male child with neuroblastoma and peritoneal metastasis. When cultivating the cell, the cell density should be kept at 4 × 105~1 × 106 cells/ml, change the fluid 2-3 times a week.
