Sodium Pyruvate (100X)

Sodium pyruvate (100X) is a 100mM sodium pyruvate solution, which is filtered and sterilized by 0.22 µ m filter membrane. It can be used as a component of culture medium for cell culture. It is recommended to use a concentration of 1mM.

Sodium pyruvate plays the role of replacing carbon source in culture medium and participates in cell nutrition metabolism. Hep G2, Caov-3 and NCI-H1395 cell culture media need to be added with sodium pyruvate to maintain good cell growth.

Transportation and storage:

Dry ice transportation, stored at - 20 ℃, valid for one year. It is recommended to pack and freeze separately to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
