F9 Mouse Teratoma Cells

Under the stimulation of vitamin A acid and dibutyryl cAMP, F9 cells differentiated into the body wall endothelial layer. The differentiated cells synthesize plasma zymogen activator, laminin and type IV collagen. The cAMP on cells is activated only after treatment with vitamin A acid. There are three copies in the cell β 1 adhesin gene. The detection showed that the limb bone malformation virus (mouse pox) was negative.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
