Hydrocortisone Solution

Hydrocortisone solution is 1mg/ml solution, which can be used as a component of culture medium for cell culture after filtration and sterilization by 0.22 µ m filter membrane. The recommended working concentration is 400ng/ml.

Hydrocortisone is a synthetic and naturally occurring glucocorticoid. Its anti-inflammatory effect is 1.25 times that of cortisone, and it also has immunosuppressive effect, antitoxic effect, anti-shock effect and certain mineralocorticoid activity.

matters needing attention:

1. Try to reduce the frequency of repeated freezing and thawing, and avoid the pollution of mother liquor during use.

2. Pay attention to aseptic operation and try to avoid pollution.

Transportation and storage:

Dry ice transportation, stored at - 20 ℃, valid for one year. It is recommended to pack and freeze the large package separately to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
