OrgCult™-Esophagus(XF) Medium

OrgCult ™- Esophagus (XF)  culture medium is suitable for the growth of esophageal organs derived from esophageal cancer, esophageal cells, esophageal tubules, IPS induced differentiation or frozen organoids. Using OrgCut ™- Esophagus (XF) esophageal organoid culture medium can maintain and cultivate primary esophageal tubules or previously frozen esophageal organs for a long time. Organoids can be observed after 7-10 days of cultivation, and can be observed after 15-20 days using esophageal cancer cells. It takes about 50 days to induce esophageal organoids using IPS cells. After becoming organoids, they are passaged every 10 days for maintenance, culture, and amplification. OrgCut ™- Pancreas (XF) esophageal organ culture medium adopts a serum free and animal free component free formula, which can conveniently and flexibly construct the required esophageal organs for experiments, improve the stability of the experiment, and reduce the use of experimental animals.
