Products Description

Sarcoma Matrix(matrix glue) was a soluble substrate preparation extracted from EHS mouse tumor rich in extracellular matrix proteins, the main components of which were laminin, type Ⅳ collagen, heparan sulfate proteoglycan (HSPG) and nstine, etc. It also contains growth factors such as TGF-beta, EGF, IGF, FGF and other related factors. Sarcoma Matrix(matrix glue) is a low growth factor matrix glue obtained after special treatment, which can effectively ensure some experimental operations required under the condition of low growth factors, such as the experiment related to signal pathway and growth factors. At room temperature, the polymerized three-dimensional matrix with biological activity was formed to simulate the structure, composition, physical properties and functions of the basement membrane of cells in vivo, which was beneficial to the culture and differentiation of cells in vitro, and could be used for the study of cell morphology, biochemical function, migration, invasion and gene expression.

The three-dimensional culture matrix formed by matrix glue can promote the adhesion and differentiation of epithelial cells, hepatocytes, Sertoli cells, melanoma cells, vascular endothelial cells, thyroid cells and hair follicle cells. Sarcoma Matrix affected gene expression in mouse liver cells and three-dimensional cultures of human mammary epithelial cells. At the same time, Sarcoma Matrix(matrix glue) can be used as the basic scaffold for various tumor cell invasion studies, essential matrix for in vivo and in vitro angiogenesis studies, and three-dimensional scaffold for tumor cell growth transplanted from animal models in vivo. Sarcoma Matrix also supported peripheral nerve formation and differentiation of bovine tubal epithelial cells.

The concentration of the matrix gum was higher than 6.9 mg/mL, which met various experimental requirements.
