OrgCult™Eh Factor Medium

Comprising B-27, recombinant proteins, vitamins, small molecules, steroids and other components, this formulation provides all nutrients required for the growth of oesophageal organoids or oesophageal carcinoma organoids. Appropriate levels of small molecules and steroids maintain organoid growth homogeneity while minimising undesirable differentiation pathways. As a serum-free medium, it requires no additional serum supplementation during use. For optimal results, it is recommended for use with complementary products.
