GL261-luc mouse glioblastoma

In the mid-1990s, an in vitro growth cell culture was established from Gl261 tumor. The tumor was induced in C57BL/6 mice by intracerebral injection of 3-methylcholanthrene in 1939, and then maintained by continuous transplantation in the homologous mouse line; It is described in the literature that the cells carry TP53 and KRAS mutations. This product number is a luciferase stable transgenic strain, which carries Luc gene through lentivirus transfection.
