Products Description
Hepatocyte culture medium is a complete culture medium of hepatocytes with low serum and low sugar, which is suitable for primary hepatocytes and immortalized hepatocytes.
The hepatocyte culture medium has been tested and optimized by 10 kinds of endothelial cells from different parts of human body. It has been tested sterile, mycoplasma free and endotoxin free, and added with heparin, FGF, insulin, hepatocyte growth factor, cortisol and other components. In order to realize the normal metabolism process of cells, the culture medium should minimize the factor components of growth stimulation.
Medium formula:
Basic medium: 500ml (P2200), cell growth factor (HCGS) 5ml, fetal bovine serum: 25ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)
Note: 100ml bottle is prepared for the whole bottle without kit.
