Hepatocyte basal medium

Hepatocyte culture medium is a low-serum, low-glucose complete culture medium for hepatocytes, suitable for primary hepatocytes and immortalized hepatocyte lines.The hepatocyte culture medium has been tested and optimized on 10 types of human endothelial cells from various parts. It has been tested as sterile, mycoplasma-free, and endotoxin-free. Heparin, FGF, insulin, hepatocyte growth factor, cortisol and other components are added to achieve Normal metabolic processes of cells, culture medium minimizes growth-stimulating factor components.
