Poly-L-Lysine Solution (2.5mg/ml)

Polylysine solution is a widely used adhesive for tissue slices and slides. The interaction between the polycation molecule and the anions on the tissue slices will produce strong adhesion. It is applicable to the anti-peeling treatment of slides used in histology, immunohistochemistry, frozen section, cell smear, in situ hybridization, etc., to prevent the tissue from falling out during the experimental operation. It can also be used for cell culture to increase cell adhesion.

usage method:

Dilute the polylysine solution with sterilized ddH2O 1:50

Put the diluted polylysine solution in the room, and make its temperature reach 18-26 ℃;

Use a pipette gun to suck the solution until the bottom area of the cell culture bottle or plate is completely covered by the solution,

Let it stand for 15 minutes and wash out the excess PLL with PBS, which can be used after drying or directly;
