Products Description

Derived from the inguinal fat of SD rats, these cells can express specific proteins of ADSCs, and can be induced to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes after cryopreservation in the P3 generation. When not subjected to induction of differentiation, the use of mesenchymal stem cell culture medium MSCM (product number: P2001) can increase the number of cells by more than 12 times



Medium and Culture Conditions:

Mesenchymal Stem Cell Complete Culture Medium (Product No.: P2001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 degrees Celsius.

Freeze storage conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
