4T1-LUC mouse breast cancer cells

4T1-LUC mouse breast cancer cells were directly infected on 4T1 cells with a luciferase labeling kit. The luciferase reporter gene system was used to detect the luciferase activity of fireflies using luciferin as the substrate. The biological activity of the biofluorescence reflecting enzyme released during the reaction between the enzyme and the substrate was measured. Firefly luciferase gene is used as a reporter gene to indicate gene expression under different processing conditions, and is mostly used in experiments such as small animal imaging
