CCD 841 CoN Human colon epithelial cells

The cell was obtained from the fetus at 21 weeks gestation and was diploid. No consistent marker chromosome was observed. Morphologically, these cells are similar to epithelial cells; However, these cells do not contain keratin, and lack precise evidence of epithelial origin.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
