293A Human Embryonic Kidney Cell

293A cell line is a subclone of 293 cell line, with flat morphology. It promotes the initial production, amplification and titer of non-replicating adenovirus. The cell line contains a stable and integrated copy of E1 gene, which provides E1 proteins (E1a and E1b) required for the production of recombinant adenovirus. The plane shape of cells makes the titration process easier.

90% DMEM foundation (MD0100)+10% FBS (SD0100)+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
