Pericyte medium (PGM)

Perivascular cells are structural cells widely distributed in the walls of microvessels throughout the body, which together with endothelial cells constitute the barrier between microvessels and tissue Spaces. Microvascular lesions in various diseases are accompanied by perivascular structural and functional abnormalities, and the regulation of perivascular cells has become a research focus. Based on their morphology, pericytes are often confused with vascular smooth muscle cells (vSMC), fibroblasts, macrophages, and even epithelial cells. Studies have shown that MB factor can promote the growth of pericytes, while B27 and N2 can maintain the basic characteristics of cells. Therefore, in addition to the base and serum, this medium also added MB,B27,N2 and other growth factors. To meet the needs of cell growth,
