Human perivascular cells

Normal tissue extraction from patients with brain tumors, yellow adults α- SMA immunofluorescence staining showed that perivascular cells were distributed in the microvascular system of brain tissue, which regulated the key factors of angiogenesis, stability and function. Peripheral cells are provided in P3 generation, and can be multiplied by 10 times using peripheral cell culture medium (Qida article No.: P4001).

Medium and Culture Conditions:

Pericyte Culture Medium (PGM) (Article No.: P4001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 degrees Celsius.

Freeze storage conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
