SW 839 Human Renal Cell Carcinoma

The sample was taken from a 54-year-old female patient, and the department was jointly established by Scott and White Clinic in the United States. It can form tumor in nude mice. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Tissue and Cell Type: renal cell carcinoma

Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

90% DMEM base (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+1% GA (SD0038)

Link to complete medium: DMEM complete medium (MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
