Products Description
P3 feeder layer cells treated by radiation, 3 cells per branch × 106。 It is used for culturing hES and mES. About three T25 or one T75 culture bottles can be laid for culturing hES. It has been identified and stored without mycoplasma.

Medium and Culture Conditions
90% DMEM base (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+1% Glutamax (SD0007)+1% NEAA+1% GA (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
