PC-9 Human Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell

It is derived from a 45-year-old male patient and isolated from the lung tissue of a patient with lung adenocarcinoma. The cells still maintain the state of differentiation. PC-14 cells were identified as PC-9 cells by STR typing, and were misidentified before RIKEN storage, so the name was changed to PC-9.

Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth

Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

90% 1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: 1640 complete medium (No.: MD0201)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing : basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
