Hepa 1-6 Murine Hepatoma Cells

Product Description:

     BW7756 mouse hepatoma derived from C57/L mice. The detection showed that the limb bone malformation virus (mouse pox) was negative. This cell can reproduce in serum-free medium with DMEM, 75%; Waymouth's MAB87/3 medium, 25%. Add 3x10-8M selenium.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
