TM3 Mouse Leydig Cells

TM3 cells increased cAMP production under LH, but did not respond to FSH. The response duration to LH is related to the serum batch. In the presence of LH, cells can metabolize cholesterol. The detection showed that the mouse pox virus was negative. Through mycoplasma detection in this library.
