Ishikawa (ISK) Human Endometrial Carcinoma Cells

Ishikawa cell line was established from endometrial adenocarcinoma of a 39-year-old woman. Induce well-differentiated adenocarcinoma cells in nude mice. Both estrogen and progesterone receptors are expressed in cell culture and induced tumors. The cells expressed ER and PR. It is reported that this cell can produce adrenocorticotropin releasing hormone, placental alkaline phosphatase and chorionic gonadotropin.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
