Products Description
This is a derivative clone of V79 cells (see V79-4, ATCCCCL-93) treated with ethyl methylbenzene sulfonic acid. The cell is deficient in galactokinase and can resist 2-deoxygalactose and 8-azaguanine.

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:
90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
