NCTC 1469 [NCTC1469] Normal Mouse Hepatocytes

The strain was established in 1952, and was derived from the liver tissue of normal C3H/An mice. It expressed H-2K antigen and was negative for murine pox virus.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
