PK136 Mouse X Mouse

Hybridoma cell line PK136 secretes a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG2a), which reacts with mouse NK cells. The cell line is formed by fusion of SP2/0-Ag14 myeloma and spleen cells of (C3H X BALB/C) F1 mice immunized with CE mouse spleen cells and bone marrow cells. This antibody is specific to NK and has cytotoxic effect when there is complement. The reaction mode of this antibody with cells of different mouse strains is consistent with that of conventional NK1.1 antiserum. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.
