Mouse neuroblastoma (N18 tg 2) and rat dorsal root ganglion neuron hybrid cell line (PEG-mediated cell fusion). It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+SP (SD0008)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium (article number: MD0125)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

[Precautions] The cell adhesion is weak, so it should not leave the incubator for a long time, and should be handled with care. Change the fluid to remove dead cells after 12 hours of resuscitation, and usually change the fluid in 2-3 days. When the cells grow to 80% full, they will be subcultured, and the cells will fall off after blowing or tapping the culture bottle, without the use of trypsin. The inoculation density is 10000/cm2~30000/cm2.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
