Hth83 Human Thyroid Cancer Cells

The cell line was identified by STR and was not consistent with more than 8000 kinds of cells in the STR database published by ATCC, DSMZ, JCRB and RIKEN in the world (the matching degree was less than 80%), which ruled out the possibility of being contaminated by common cell lines. Since the Hth83 cell itself has not published comparable STR map data, we can only preliminarily judge that the cell may be Hth83. STR results are as follows: D5S818: 12; D13S317: 11,13； D7S820: 12； D16S539: 11,12； vWA: 16,19； THO1: 6,9； Amelogenin: X,Y； TPOX: 6,8； CSF1PO: 11。 It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.
