Problem cell line: contaminated. Displayed as the derivative of HT-29 (PubMed=18713817; PubMed=20143388; PubMed=21868764). It was originally taken from a 44-year-old female patient with thyroid anaplastic carcinoma.

Culture media and additives/Complete Growth Medium and Culture Conditions:

95%RPMI 1640(MD0200) + 5% FBS(SD0200)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
