Anti AChE Effect Of AE-1 Hybridoma Cells

Animals were immunized with purified human erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase. Spleen cells fused with gp2/O-Agl4 myeloma cells. The antibody produced binds to acetylcholinesterase of human and monkey, but the reaction site is different from the antigenic determinant of AE-2 (ATCC HB-73). Short limb deformity (mouse pox) virus was found to be negative. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.
