T24 Human Bladder Cancer Cells

Human bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell T24 was derived from an 81-year-old white woman. The white blood cells and serum of the patient with transitional cell carcinoma are cytotoxic to T24 cells and related cell lines. The doubling time of this cell is 19 hours, and it contains oncogene ras (H-ras).

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
