CultureBoost ™ Basic Culture Medium

CultureBoost ™ Basic medium:

          Consistent with our single batch of culture media and reagents

          Add 10% serum to the basic medium. The kit consists of 500mL 4Z0-500-S Cell Systems medium (without growth factor in the formula) and 10ml Attachment Factor ™ Cell growth coating fluid. It is necessary to add the cell growth factor to become the complete culture medium. The cell growth factor can be selected according to the experiment, and the cell growth factor CultureBoost can be added ™ (4CB-500) or CultureBoost-R ™ After (4CB-500 - r), cells can be cultured in complete medium.

Other instructions:

         No hormone is added to the medium. The culture medium does not contain antibiotics; bacoff ® (4Z0-643) is the recommended antibiotic for all Cell Systems media. Its MIC is or higher than 2 mg/mL.

         The culture medium does not contain phenol red. Many experiments have shown that the phenol red in the cell culture medium combines with the receptors on the cell surface to make the cells react, just as the estrogen and/or inflammatory mediators (such as prostaglandin or thromboxane A2) at the drug level exist in the culture medium. In order to optimize the experimental conditions of researchers, unless customized, the normal Cell Systems culture medium does not contain phenol red.

        In order to achieve better cell culture effect and promote cell adhesion and regeneration, CultureBoost is used ™ To culture cells in basic medium, please use Attachment Factor according to the instructions ™ Coated culture bottle.
