Products Description
Attachment Factor ™ Cell coating fluid
Specification: 100ml
Description:
Attachment Factor ™ (4Z0-210) is an extracellular matrix (ECM) product, which can promote cell attachment to the surface of tissue culture, promote correct polarity and cytoskeletal tissue. When the culture starts, grows, passes or is used in the cell system culture medium family, the adhesion factor ™ The use of is crucial.
Attachment Factor ™ The bioactive elements of were extracted from the heat inactivated carbon stripped fetal bovine serum by chromatography and injected into the pb based heptapeptide buffered gel carrier at a concentration of 1X. Cell Systems specializes in using and strongly recommends the use of 100% bovine serum products that are traceable to cattle processed in USDA inspection facilities.
Advantages:
Using the Attachment Factor ™ It can improve the plating efficiency, shorten the "lag time" after passage, improve the growth rate, promote the polar tissue and cytoskeletal structure, and significantly increase the production of cells in the process of culture and expansion. All cultures can be used except melanocytes and keratinocytes.
Storage and Handling
Attach Factor ™ Store at<- 20 ℃. Once the product is opened, its shelf life is 30 days at the cold storage temperature (2-8 ℃). Use water bath to heat to 37 ℃ before each use. Refrigerate immediately after use. The effect is better when stored separately.
About Attachment Factor ™ Please refer to our instructions for use in cell passage and culture
Cell Systems medium and cell culture reagent are prepared with WFI, and all components comply with cGMP and ISO standards.
Note: The product is only used for scientific research.
